What happens when you swap the time axis with one of the visual axes?
Imagine the frames of a movie stacked one behind the other, but instead of entering the frame cube from the front, you're entering from the side or the top.
High bandwidth, high CPU requirement, untested HTML5 autoplay version of starfield, hurricane, etc. here.
The timeswapped movies were created on a Debian machine using Python, SciPy, PIL, avconv and bash. Shell-script wrapper that runs avconv to disassemble and assemble the movies here, and Python script that does the timeswap on the extracted frames here.
